Instructions

In a small bowl, combine warm milk and yeast. Let sit 5–10 minutes until foamy.

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, and salt. Add melted butter, eggs, and yeast mixture. Mix until soft dough forms.

Knead dough on a floured surface 8–10 minutes until smooth and elastic.

Place dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise 1–1.5 hours until doubled in size.

In a medium bowl, mix softened butter, sugar, cinnamon, and orange zest for the filling.

Roll dough into a 16×12-inch rectangle. Spread filling evenly, then top with orange marmalade.
