Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 large flour tortillas

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise

  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • 2 cups cooked turkey, finely chopped

  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce (smooth or slightly chunky)

  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, combine softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth and creamy.

  • Lay a tortilla on a clean surface and spread an even layer of the cream cheese mixture, leaving about 1/2 inch at the edges.

  • Evenly distribute chopped turkey over the cream cheese. Spoon cranberry sauce in small dollops and spread gently. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.

  • Starting from one edge, roll the tortilla tightly into a log. Ensure the filling stays inside and the roll is firm but not crushed.

  • Wrap the rolled tortilla in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to help the pinwheels hold their shape.

  • Remove from refrigerator and unwrap. Using a sharp knife, slice the roll into 1-inch pinwheels.

  • Arrange on a serving platter and garnish with chopped parsley if desired. Serve chilled or at room

Notes

  • Use a sharp knife for clean slices.

  • Room temperature cream cheese spreads more evenly.

  • Adjust cranberry sauce sweetness as desired.

  • Optional: Toast lightly in the oven for a warm, golden finish.
