Instructions

Mix cream cheese, 50 g sugar, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, and vanilla extract until smooth.

Spread filling on four bread slices and top with remaining slices.

Whisk eggs, milk, vanilla, and ½ teaspoon cinnamon in a shallow dish.

Dip each sandwich into the egg mixture.

Cook in butter over medium heat for 3–4 minutes per side until golden.

Combine 100 g sugar with 2 teaspoons cinnamon.
