Tender chicken coated in a sweet-savory sticky glaze, cooked to caramelized perfection and perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients

900 g / 2 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs

80 ml / 1/3 cup soy sauce

85 g / 1/4 cup honey

50 g / 1/4 cup brown sugar, packed

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated

30 ml / 2 tbsp rice vinegar

10 ml / 2 tsp sesame oil

8 g / 1 tbsp cornstarch

30 ml / 2 tbsp water

1/2 tsp black pepper

1 tbsp sesame seeds (optional)

2 green onions, sliced
Instructions

Cut chicken into even cubes and set aside.

Whisk together all remaining ingredients except sesame seeds and green onions.

Add chicken to marinade and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

Thread chicken onto skewers.

Cook on grill, oven, or stovetop until caramelized and cooked through.

Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.
