Description

A hearty, oven-baked dish featuring crispy chicken wings and perfectly roasted potatoes, seasoned simply for maximum flavor and crunch.


Ingredients

  • 1.2 kg (2.6 lb) chicken wings

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

  • 1 teaspoon paprika

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • ½ teaspoon onion powder

  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano

  • 1 kg (2.2 lb) potatoes, cut into wedges

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

  • 1 teaspoon paprika

  • ½ teaspoon dried thyme


Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.

  • Pat the chicken wings dry and toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and oregano.

  • Toss the potato wedges with olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, and thyme.

  • Spread the potatoes on the tray and arrange the chicken wings between them.

  • Bake for 45–50 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.

  • Rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

For best results, avoid overcrowding the baking tray and always use high heat to achieve maximum crispiness.
