Ingredients

1.2 kg (2.6 lb) chicken wings

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon garlic powder

½ teaspoon onion powder

½ teaspoon dried oregano

1 kg (2.2 lb) potatoes, cut into wedges

3 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon paprika

½ teaspoon dried thyme
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.

Pat the chicken wings dry and toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and oregano.

Toss the potato wedges with olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, and thyme.

Spread the potatoes on the tray and arrange the chicken wings between them.

Bake for 45–50 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.

Rest for 5 minutes before serving.
