Ingredients

  • Salmon fillets – 4 (about 6 ounces / 170 g each)

  • Grated Parmesan cheese – 1 cup (100 g)

  • Olive oil – 2 tablespoons

  • Garlic – 3 cloves, minced

  • Lemon juice – 1 tablespoon

  • Dried Italian seasoning – 1 teaspoon

  • Paprika – ½ teaspoon

  • Salt – ½ teaspoon

  • Black pepper – ¼ teaspoon

  • Fresh parsley – 2 tablespoons, chopped


Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking dish.

  • Place salmon fillets in the dish and pat dry.

  • Mix olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, seasonings, salt, and pepper.

  • Spoon mixture over salmon evenly.

  • Top each fillet with grated Parmesan.

  • Bake for 12–15 minutes until flaky and golden.

  • Garnish with parsley and serve.
