Ingredients

Salmon fillets – 4 (about 6 ounces / 170 g each)

Grated Parmesan cheese – 1 cup (100 g)

Olive oil – 2 tablespoons

Garlic – 3 cloves, minced

Lemon juice – 1 tablespoon

Dried Italian seasoning – 1 teaspoon

Paprika – ½ teaspoon

Salt – ½ teaspoon

Black pepper – ¼ teaspoon

Fresh parsley – 2 tablespoons, chopped
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking dish.

Place salmon fillets in the dish and pat dry.

Mix olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, seasonings, salt, and pepper.
