Description

A quick and reliable air fryer recipe that delivers juicy, flavorful chicken sausage with minimal effort and maximum taste.

Ingredients

  • Chicken sausage – 4 links (12–14 oz / 340–400 g)

  • Olive oil – 1 tablespoon (15 ml)

  • Garlic powder – ½ teaspoon (1.5 g)

  • Paprika – ½ teaspoon (1.5 g)

  • Black pepper – ¼ teaspoon (0.5 g)

  • Salt – ¼ teaspoon (1.5 g), or to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C) for 3 minutes.

  • Pat the chicken sausage dry with paper towels.

  • Place the sausages in a bowl and drizzle with olive oil.

  • Sprinkle garlic powder, paprika, black pepper, and salt over the sausages and toss to coat evenly.

  • Arrange the sausages in a single layer in the air fryer basket.

  • Air fry for 10–12 minutes, turning halfway through.

  • Remove from the air fryer and let rest for 2 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Cooking time may vary depending on sausage thickness and air fryer model.

  • For raw chicken sausage, increase cooking time to 13–15 minutes and ensure it is fully cooked before serving.
