Ingredients

Salmon fillets – 4 pieces (6 oz / 170 g each)

Olive oil – 2 tablespoons (30 ml)

Unsalted butter, melted – 2 tablespoons (28 g)

Cajun seasoning – 1½ tablespoons (12 g)

Garlic powder – 1 teaspoon (3 g)

Paprika – 1 teaspoon (2 g)

Onion powder – ½ teaspoon (1 g)

Salt – ½ teaspoon (3 g)

Black pepper – ½ teaspoon (1 g)

Lemon juice – 1 tablespoon (15 ml)

Fresh parsley – 1 tablespoon, chopped (optional)
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.

Pat salmon fillets dry and place them skin-side down in the dish.

In a bowl, mix olive oil, melted butter, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.

Brush the mixture evenly over the salmon fillets.

Bake for 12–15 minutes until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.

Rest for 2–3 minutes, garnish with parsley, and serve.
Notes
Adjust the amount of Cajun seasoning to control spice level. For best results, avoid overcooking and let the salmon rest briefly before serving.
