½ cup barbecue sauce (120 ml)

2 tablespoons honey (30 ml)

1 tablespoon lemon juice (15 ml)

1 teaspoon Dijon-style mustard (5 g)

1 mango, diced (200 g)

2 avocados, diced (300 g)

¼ cup red onion, diced (40 g)

1 small red bell pepper, diced (75 g)

2 tablespoons lime juice (30 ml)

2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped (8 g)

Instructions

Whisk barbecue sauce, honey, lemon juice, and mustard in a bowl.

Brush salmon with olive oil and season with spices and salt.
