Ingredients

Salmon fillets – 4 fillets, about 170 g (6 oz) each

Honey – 80 ml (⅓ cup)

Fresh lemon juice – 60 ml (¼ cup)

Lemon zest – 1 tablespoon

Garlic cloves – 3 cloves, minced

Olive oil – 2 tablespoons

Salt – 1 teaspoon

Black pepper – ½ teaspoon

Paprika – ½ teaspoon

Unsalted butter – 1 tablespoon

Fresh parsley – 2 tablespoons, chopped
Instructions

Pat the salmon fillets dry and season with salt, black pepper, and paprika.

In a bowl, whisk together honey, lemon juice, lemon zest, and garlic.

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sear the salmon skin-side down for 4–5 minutes.

Flip the salmon, add butter, and pour the glaze over the fillets.

Simmer gently for 2–3 minutes, spooning the glaze over the salmon until thickened.
