Ingredients

500 g boneless chicken breast, cut into small pieces

120 g plain yogurt (½ cup)

1½ tablespoons lemon juice

1 tablespoon vegetable oil

2 teaspoons paprika

1½ teaspoons ground cumin

1½ teaspoons ground coriander

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon chili powder

½ teaspoon ground turmeric

1 teaspoon salt

1 large baguette or 2 medium crusty loaves

100 g unsalted butter, softened (½ cup)

4 cloves garlic, minced

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

120 g shredded mozzarella cheese (1 cup)

2 tablespoons sliced green onions
Instructions

Mix yogurt, lemon juice, oil, spices, and salt. Add chicken and marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Cook the chicken in a hot skillet until fully cooked and lightly charred.

Combine butter, garlic, parsley, and salt.

Slice bread and spread garlic butter evenly.

Top with cooked chicken and shredded cheese.

Bake at 200°C (400°F) for 10–12 minutes until golden and bubbly.

Garnish, slice, and serve hot.
Notes
Adjust chili powder to control spice level. Best served fresh, but leftovers can be reheated in the oven for crisp results.
