Description

A bold and comforting fusion of crispy garlic bread topped with juicy, spiced chicken and melted cheese, perfect for sharing or indulging solo.


Ingredients

  • 500 g boneless chicken breast, cut into small pieces

  • 120 g plain yogurt (½ cup)

  • 1½ tablespoons lemon juice

  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

  • 2 teaspoons paprika

  • 1½ teaspoons ground cumin

  • 1½ teaspoons ground coriander

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

  • 1 teaspoon chili powder

  • ½ teaspoon ground turmeric

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1 large baguette or 2 medium crusty loaves

  • 100 g unsalted butter, softened (½ cup)

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

  • 120 g shredded mozzarella cheese (1 cup)

  • 2 tablespoons sliced green onions


Instructions

  • Mix yogurt, lemon juice, oil, spices, and salt. Add chicken and marinate for at least 30 minutes.

  • Cook the chicken in a hot skillet until fully cooked and lightly charred.

  • Combine butter, garlic, parsley, and salt.

  • Slice bread and spread garlic butter evenly.

  • Top with cooked chicken and shredded cheese.

  • Bake at 200°C (400°F) for 10–12 minutes until golden and bubbly.

  • Garnish, slice, and serve hot.

Notes

Adjust chili powder to control spice level. Best served fresh, but leftovers can be reheated in the oven for crisp results.
