Beef or turkey sausage – 450 g (1 lb)

Sharp cheddar cheese, shredded – 200 g (2 cups)

Fresh jalapeños, finely diced – 40 g (¼ cup, about 2 medium)

All-purpose flour – 125 g (1 cup)

Garlic powder – 5 g (1 teaspoon)

Instructions

Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, combine sausage and cream cheese until well mixed.

Add shredded cheddar, jalapeños, and all spices; mix thoroughly.

Gradually add flour and mix until a thick dough forms.
