Instructions

Pat the turkey breast dry with paper towels.

Place chopped onion, celery, and carrots at the bottom of the slow cooker.

Place turkey breast on top of vegetables, skin side up. Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
