Description

A rich and satisfying skillet meal featuring tender steak, creamy garlic sauce, and sautéed spinach—perfect for a cozy dinner or special occasion.

Ingredients

Scale

2 ribeye or sirloin steaks (250 g / 8 oz each)

1 tablespoon olive oil (15 ml)

1 tablespoon butter (14 g)

1 teaspoon salt (5 g)

1/2 teaspoon black pepper (2 g)

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream (240 ml)

1/2 cup beef broth (120 ml)

1/2 cup parmesan cheese (50 g)

3 cups fresh spinach (90 g)

1 teaspoon olive oil (5 ml)

Pinch of salt

Instructions

Season steaks with salt and pepper and let rest at room temperature for 15 minutes.

Heat oil and butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear steaks 3–4 minutes per side. Remove and rest.

In the same skillet, sauté garlic, then add broth and cream. Simmer for 3–4 minutes.

Stir in parmesan, salt, and pepper until sauce thickens.

Sauté spinach in a separate pan with olive oil and salt until wilted.

Serve steak topped with garlic cream sauce alongside spinach.

Notes

Adjust cooking time based on steak thickness

Let steak rest before slicing for best juiciness

Add extra broth if sauce becomes too thick

Fresh spinach works best for flavor and texture
