Ingredients

6 cups beef stock

1 tablespoon soy sauce

12 ounces beef sirloin or ribeye, thinly sliced

1 cup sliced mushrooms

2 packs ramen noodles (about 6 ounces total)

2 large eggs

2 green onions, sliced

1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds
Instructions

Heat oil in a pot over medium heat and sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant.

Stir in chili paste and chili flakes; cook briefly.

Add beef stock, soy sauce, and sugar; simmer for 10 minutes.

Add mushrooms and cook 3 minutes.

Add beef and sesame oil; cook until tender.

Cook ramen noodles in the broth until just done.

Soft-boil eggs separately, peel, and halve.
