Ingredients

Chicken breast – 450 g (1 lb), thinly sliced

Olive oil – 2 tablespoons

Unsalted butter – 2 tablespoons

Garlic cloves – 6, minced

Chicken broth – 1 liter (4 cups)

Heavy cream – 240 ml (1 cup)

Soy sauce – 3 tablespoons

Onion powder – 1 teaspoon

Black pepper – 1 teaspoon

Instructions

Season the chicken with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a pot and cook the chicken until golden and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.

Melt butter in the same pot, add garlic, and sauté briefly until fragrant.

Pour in chicken broth, add soy sauce, onion powder, and black pepper. Bring to a gentle simmer.

Stir in the heavy cream and simmer for 5 to 7 minutes until slightly thickened.

Add ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions.

Return chicken to the pot, stir well, and adjust seasoning if needed.
