Description

A crisp, cheesy Parmesan cup filled with creamy Caesar salad, delivering bold flavor and irresistible texture in every bite.


Ingredients

  • Grated Parmesan cheese: 2 cups (200 g)

  • Romaine lettuce, chopped: 4 cups (200 g)

  • Grilled chicken breast, sliced: 1 cup (150 g)

  • Parmesan cheese, finely grated: ½ cup (50 g)

  • Croutons, crushed: ½ cup (30 g)

  • Mayonnaise: ½ cup (120 g)

  • Fresh lemon juice: 2 tablespoons (30 ml)

  • Dijon mustard: 1 teaspoon (5 g)

  • Garlic, minced: 1 clove (3 g)

  • Anchovy paste (optional): 1 teaspoon (5 g)

  • Black pepper: ½ teaspoon (2 g)

  • Salt: to taste


Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  • Spoon Parmesan cheese into thin circles on the baking sheet and bake until melted and golden.

  • Shape warm cheese rounds over an inverted muffin tin to form cups and let cool.

  • Whisk mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, garlic, anchovy paste, pepper, and salt to make dressing.

  • Toss romaine lettuce, grilled chicken, grated Parmesan, and croutons with dressing.

  • Fill Parmesan cups with salad and serve immediately.

Notes

Assemble just before serving to keep cups crisp. Use freshly grated Parmesan for best texture and flavor.
