A soft, savory, satisfying breakfast roll filled with turkey sausage, fluffy eggs, and melted cheese—perfect for meal prep or busy mornings.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb (450 g) ground turkey sausage

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 8 large eggs

  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) milk

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

  • 1 1/2 cups (170 g) shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1 tube (16 oz / 450 g) refrigerated biscuit dough

  • 2 tablespoons melted butter


Instructions

  • Cook the turkey sausage in olive oil until browned.

  • Whisk eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder; scramble until soft-set.

  • Flatten biscuit dough pieces and fill with sausage, eggs, and cheese.

  • Seal tightly, place seam-side down, brush with butter, and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15–18 minutes.

Notes

You can substitute different cheeses or add cooked vegetables to customize the filling. Rolls freeze well for long-term storage.
