A smooth and dreamy homemade fudge that pairs rich white chocolate with buttery macadamia nuts for a melt-in-your-mouth treat. Perfect for gifting, sharing at gatherings, or enjoying as a sweet bite after dinner. This fudge is simple to make but tastes like a gourmet delight.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips

  • 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk

  • 1 cup macadamia nuts, roughly chopped

  • 1 cup marshmallow creme

  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • Pinch of sea salt

  • Optional: extra chopped macadamia nuts or shredded coconut for topping

Instructions

  • Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal.

  • In a saucepan over low heat, melt the white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter together, stirring constantly.

  • Once smooth, stir in the marshmallow creme until fully combined.

  • Remove from heat and mix in the vanilla extract and pinch of sea salt.

  • Fold in the chopped macadamia nuts until evenly distributed.

  • Spread the mixture into the prepared pan and press evenly.

  • Add optional toppings like extra nuts for added texture.

  • Allow the fudge to cool completely at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

  • Once firm, lift from the pan using parchment paper and cut into squares.

Notes

  • For best flavor, use high-quality white chocolate.

  • Toasting the macadamia nuts before adding them can enhance their flavor.

  • Keep the heat low while melting to avoid scorching the chocolate.

  • Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks or freeze for up to 3 months.
