Ingredients
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 450 g / 1 lb)
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoons butter
6 cloves garlic, minced
1 small onion, finely chopped
4 cups (960 ml) chicken broth
1 cup (240 ml) heavy cream
1 cup (240 ml) milk
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon grated ginger
½ teaspoon chili flakes (optional)
200 g (7 oz) ramen noodles
1 cup (150 g) mushrooms, sliced
1 cup (60 g) spinach
2 soft-boiled eggs
2 green onions, sliced
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Instructions
Season and cook the chicken in olive oil until fully cooked, then slice.
Melt butter in a pan, sauté garlic and onion until fragrant.
Add chicken broth, cream, and milk; simmer gently.
Stir in soy sauce, ginger, and chili flakes.
Cook ramen noodles separately and drain.
Add mushrooms and spinach to the broth.
Assemble noodles in bowls, pour broth over, and top with chicken and eggs.
Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
