Ingredients
For the Dough:

2 ¾ cups all-purpose flour

1 cup plain Greek yogurt
For the Filling:

½ cup brown sugar, packed

2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

For the Cream Cheese Glaze:

4 ounces cream cheese, softened

½ cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1–2 tablespoons milk (adjust for desired consistency)
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease an 8×8-inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and sugar. Cut in cold butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in Greek yogurt to form a soft dough.

Roll dough on a lightly floured surface into a 10×12-inch rectangle.

Spread softened butter over dough and sprinkle evenly with brown sugar and cinnamon mixture.

Roll dough tightly from one long side and pinch the seam to seal. Cut into 8 equal rolls.
