Description

A fast, budget-friendly recipe for crispy, melty tortilla roll-ups made in the air fryer.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 6 medium flour tortillas

  • 1 cup shredded cooked chicken (or beans/vegetables)

  • 1 cup shredded cheese

  • 1/4 cup cream cheese

  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder

  • 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper

  • 2 tablespoons green onions

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil


Instructions

  • Combine chicken, cheese, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, pepper, and green onions.

  • Spread filling on each tortilla and roll tightly.

  • Brush tortillas with olive oil.

  • Preheat air fryer to 375°F.

  • Air fry for 6–8 minutes, turning halfway.

  • Cool slightly and serve.

  • Substitute chicken with beans or vegetables for a vegetarian option.
