A quick, crispy, and customizable pizza roll recipe made right in the air fryer. Ideal for snacks, parties, or weeknight cravings.
Ingredients

2 cups (240 g) shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup (250 g) marinara sauce

1 cup (140 g) diced turkey pepperoni or non-pork protein

1 cup (130 g) diced bell peppers

1 tablespoon (15 ml) olive oil

20 small wonton wrappers

1 teaspoon (2.5 g) dried oregano

1 teaspoon (2.5 g) dried basil

1 teaspoon (2.5 g) garlic powder

1 egg, whisked
Instructions

Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).

Mix cheese, marinara, turkey pepperoni, peppers, and seasonings in a bowl.

Place 1 tablespoon of filling in each wrapper.

Seal edges with egg wash.

Brush lightly with olive oil.

Air fry 6–8 minutes, flipping halfway.
