Ingredients
For the Dough:

For the Cream Cheese Frosting:

4 ounces cream cheese, softened

Instructions

In a large bowl, combine warm milk and yeast. Let sit 5–10 minutes until foamy.

Add sugar, softened butter, eggs, vanilla, and salt. Gradually mix in flour until dough forms.

Knead dough for 6–8 minutes until smooth and elastic.

Place dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise 1 hour until doubled.

Mix brown sugar and cinnamon for the filling. Keep butter ready to spread.

Roll dough into a large rectangle. Spread butter over dough, then sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.

Roll dough into a log from the long side and slice into 12–15 rolls.
