Description

A crispy, flavorful chicken dish coated in a savory garlic Parmesan crust and baked to golden perfection.


Ingredients

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 680 g / 1.5 lbs)

1 cup (100 g) grated Parmesan cheese

1 cup (100 g) breadcrumbs (panko preferred)

3 cloves garlic, minced

2 tablespoons (30 ml) olive oil

1 teaspoon (5 g) salt

1/2 teaspoon (2.5 g) black pepper

1 teaspoon (5 g) paprika

1 teaspoon (5 g) dried oregano

1 teaspoon (5 g) dried parsley

2 large eggs

2 tablespoons (30 ml) milk


Instructions

Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F) and prepare a lined baking sheet.

Whisk eggs and milk in one bowl.

Combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic, and seasonings in another bowl.

Dip chicken in egg mixture, then coat with breadcrumb mixture.

Place on baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.

Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden and fully cooked.

Rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

Use freshly grated Parmesan for best flavor.

Panko breadcrumbs provide extra crispiness.

Avoid overcrowding the baking sheet for even cooking.

Optional: broil for 2–3 minutes for a crispier crust.
