Description

A creamy, comforting one-pan dinner made with tender chicken, soft gnocchi, and a rich garlic sauce that comes together quickly and easily.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter

  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

  • 1 teaspoon paprika

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • 1 pound shelf-stable potato gnocchi

  • ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder

  • ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

  • 1 cup fresh spinach leaves

  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  • Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken, season, and cook until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.

  • Add garlic to the skillet and cook until fragrant.

  • Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring to combine.

  • Add gnocchi and simmer until tender and the sauce thickens.

  • Return chicken to the skillet, stir in Parmesan and spinach, and cook until creamy.

  • Garnish with parsley and serve hot.

Notes

Adjust sauce consistency with extra broth or cream if needed. Freshly grated Parmesan provides the best flavor and texture.
