1 tablespoon olive oil

1 tablespoon unsalted butter

1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces

½ teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1 teaspoon paprika

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup low-sodium chicken broth

1 cup heavy cream

1 pound shelf-stable potato gnocchi

½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

½ teaspoon garlic powder

¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

1 cup fresh spinach leaves

2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Instructions

Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken, season, and cook until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.

Add garlic to the skillet and cook until fragrant.

Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring to combine.

Add gnocchi and simmer until tender and the sauce thickens.

Return chicken to the skillet, stir in Parmesan and spinach, and cook until creamy.

Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
Notes
Adjust sauce consistency with extra broth or cream if needed. Freshly grated Parmesan provides the best flavor and texture.
