Description
A quick and flavorful one-pan meal featuring tender steak bites and colorful vegetables tossed in a rich garlic butter sauce.
Ingredients
500 g sirloin steak, cut into cubes
2 tablespoons olive oil (30 ml)
3 tablespoons unsalted butter (45 g)
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon salt (5 g)
1/2 teaspoon black pepper (2 g)
1 teaspoon paprika (5 g)
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme (2 g)
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano (2 g)
1 zucchini, sliced
1 red bell pepper, chopped
1 yellow bell pepper, chopped
1 cup broccoli florets (150 g)
1 carrot, sliced
1 tablespoon parsley, chopped (5 g)
Instructions
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add steak cubes and sear for 2–3 minutes per side until browned. Remove and set aside.
In the same pan, cook broccoli, carrots, and peppers for 4–5 minutes.
Add zucchini and cook for another 2–3 minutes.
Reduce heat, add butter and garlic, and sauté until fragrant.
Return steak to the pan and season with salt, pepper, paprika, thyme, and oregano.
Toss everything together and cook for 1–2 minutes.
Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
Use a hot pan to achieve a perfect sear on the steak. Avoid overcrowding for best results. Adjust vegetables based on preference or availability.
