Description

A creamy, comforting one-pan meal featuring tender chicken and fresh broccoli in a rich, flavorful sauce.


Ingredients

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (500 g), cut into pieces

2 cups (300 g) broccoli florets

2 tablespoons (30 ml) olive oil

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 small onion (100 g), chopped

1 cup (240 ml) heavy cream

1/2 cup (120 ml) chicken broth

1/2 cup (50 g) Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon (5 g) salt

1/2 teaspoon (2 g) black pepper

1 teaspoon (5 g) paprika

1/2 teaspoon (2 g) oregano

1 tablespoon (15 ml) lemon juice

1 tablespoon (10 g) butter


Instructions

Heat olive oil and cook seasoned chicken until golden and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.

Sauté onion until soft, then add garlic and cook briefly.

Add broccoli and cook until slightly tender.

Pour in chicken broth and cream, then simmer.

Stir in Parmesan until melted and sauce thickens.

Return chicken to the pan, add butter and lemon juice, and mix well.

Simmer briefly, adjust seasoning, and serve warm.

Notes

Add a splash of milk when reheating to maintain creaminess

Do not overcook broccoli to keep its vibrant color

Adjust seasoning based on taste preference
