Ingredients

2 large cucumbers (about 600 g / 1.3 lb), sliced or diced

150 g (5.3 oz) feta cheese, crumbled

3 tablespoons fresh dill, finely chopped

2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice (15 ml)

Instructions

Wash and prepare the cucumbers, then place them in a large bowl.

Add the chopped dill and gently mix.

Crumble the feta over the cucumber mixture.

Whisk olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
