Ingredients

  • 2 large cucumbers (about 600 g / 1.3 lb), sliced or diced

  • 150 g (5.3 oz) feta cheese, crumbled

  • 3 tablespoons fresh dill, finely chopped

  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil

  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice (15 ml)

  • ½ teaspoon fine sea salt

  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

  • Wash and prepare the cucumbers, then place them in a large bowl.

  • Add the chopped dill and gently mix.

  • Crumble the feta over the cucumber mixture.

  • Whisk olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
