A quick and flavorful salmon dish coated in a sweet and savory honey garlic glaze that tastes better than takeout.
Ingredients

Salmon fillets (skinless), 1 lb (450 g), cut into 1-inch cubes

Olive oil, 2 tablespoons

Salt, ¾ teaspoon

Black pepper, ½ teaspoon

Paprika, 1 teaspoon

Cornstarch, 1 tablespoon

Honey, ⅓ cup (80 ml)

Soy sauce, ¼ cup (60 ml)

Fresh garlic, 4 cloves, minced

Fresh ginger, 1 teaspoon, grated

Lemon juice, 1 tablespoon

Water, 2 tablespoons

Sesame seeds, 1 tablespoon

Green onions, 2 stalks, sliced
Instructions

Pat salmon cubes dry and toss with salt, pepper, paprika, and cornstarch.

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear salmon until golden on all sides. Remove and set aside.

In the same skillet, sauté garlic and ginger briefly, then add honey, soy sauce, lemon juice, and water.

Simmer sauce until slightly thickened, then return salmon to the pan and toss to coat.

Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.
