Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (170200 g / 67 oz each)

  • 60 g / 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (15 ml)

  • 1 teaspoon salt (5 g)

  • ½ teaspoon black pepper (2 g)

  • 1 teaspoon paprika (3 g)

  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs (3 g)

  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional, 4 g)

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice (15 ml, optional)


Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 200°C / 400°F and lightly grease a baking dish.

  • Mix melted butter, olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, and herbs in a bowl.

  • Place chicken breasts in the baking dish and brush generously with the mixture.

  • Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 74°C / 165°F.

  • Rest for 5 minutes, spoon pan juices over the chicken, and garnish if desired.
