Ingredients

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (170–200 g / 6–7 oz each)

60 g / 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon olive oil (15 ml)

1 teaspoon salt (5 g)

½ teaspoon black pepper (2 g)

1 teaspoon paprika (3 g)

1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs (3 g)

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional, 4 g)

1 tablespoon lemon juice (15 ml, optional)
Instructions

Preheat oven to 200°C / 400°F and lightly grease a baking dish.

Mix melted butter, olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, and herbs in a bowl.

Place chicken breasts in the baking dish and brush generously with the mixture.

Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 74°C / 165°F.
