Ingredients

4 salmon fillets (6 oz / 170 g each)

1 teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon paprika

1 tablespoon olive oil

3 tablespoons unsalted butter

5 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream (240 ml)

½ cup low-sodium chicken broth (120 ml)

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese (50 g)

1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning

½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Salt and black pepper, to taste

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions

Season salmon fillets with salt, black pepper, and paprika.

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear salmon for 4–5 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.

In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat and sauté garlic for 30 seconds.

Add chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring to combine.

Stir in Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes, and Parmesan cheese.

Simmer until the sauce thickens slightly.

Return salmon to the skillet and spoon sauce over the fillets.

Simmer for 2–3 minutes, garnish with parsley, and serve hot.
