Ingredients

500 g ground beef

3 tablespoons soy sauce

2 tablespoons brown sugar

1 tablespoon sesame oil

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 tablespoon vegetable oil

2 cups jasmine rice

4 cups water

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 cup shredded carrots

1 cucumber, sliced

1 cup shredded cabbage

2 green onions, sliced

1 tablespoon sesame seeds


Instructions

Rinse rice and cook with water and salt until tender.

Heat oil in a pan and cook beef until browned.

Add garlic and ginger; cook until fragrant.

Mix soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, and pepper; add to beef.

Simmer until sauce thickens.

Prepare vegetables while beef cooks.

Assemble bowls with rice, beef, and vegetables.

Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
