Ingredients

2 steaks (about 250 g each)

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon garlic powder

2 tablespoons unsalted butter

5 garlic cloves, finely minced

1 cup (240 ml) heavy cream

½ cup (50 g) grated Parmesan cheese

½ teaspoon dried thyme or dried parsley
Instructions

emove steaks from the refrigerator 20 minutes before cooking and season both sides.

Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear steaks for 3–4 minutes per side. Remove and rest.

In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic briefly.

Add cream, Parmesan, and seasonings, then simmer until thickened.
