Description

A tender, perfectly seared steak served with a rich and creamy garlic sauce that delivers restaurant-quality flavor in every bite.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 steaks (about 250 g each)

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter

  • 5 garlic cloves, finely minced

  • 1 cup (240 ml) heavy cream

  • ½ cup (50 g) grated Parmesan cheese

  • ½ teaspoon dried thyme or dried parsley


Instructions

  • emove steaks from the refrigerator 20 minutes before cooking and season both sides.

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear steaks for 3–4 minutes per side. Remove and rest.

  • In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic briefly.

  • Add cream, Parmesan, and seasonings, then simmer until thickened.

  • Serve steaks topped with creamy garlic sauce.

Notes

For best results, use well-marbled steaks and allow them to rest before serving to maintain juiciness.
