Ingredients

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (6–7 ounces / 170–200 g each)

1 tablespoon olive oil (15 ml)

1 teaspoon salt (5 g)

½ teaspoon black pepper (2 g)

1 teaspoon garlic powder (3 g)

1 teaspoon paprika (3 g)

2 cups fresh spinach, chopped (60 g)

½ cup cream cheese, softened (120 g)

½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese (60 g)

¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese (25 g)

2 cloves garlic, minced

½ teaspoon dried Italian seasoning (1 g)
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Cut a pocket into each chicken breast and season evenly.

Mix spinach, cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, seasoning, salt, and pepper.

Stuff each chicken breast with the spinach mixture.

Sear in olive oil over medium heat for 2–3 minutes per side.

Bake for 20–25 minutes until fully cooked.

Rest for 5 minutes before serving.
