Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (67 ounces / 170200 g each)

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (15 ml)

  • 1 teaspoon salt (5 g)

  • ½ teaspoon black pepper (2 g)

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder (3 g)

  • 1 teaspoon paprika (3 g)

  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped (60 g)

  • ½ cup cream cheese, softened (120 g)

  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese (60 g)

  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese (25 g)

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • ½ teaspoon dried Italian seasoning (1 g)


Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

  • Cut a pocket into each chicken breast and season evenly.

  • Mix spinach, cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, seasoning, salt, and pepper.

  • Stuff each chicken breast with the spinach mixture.

  • Sear in olive oil over medium heat for 2–3 minutes per side.

  • Bake for 20–25 minutes until fully cooked.

  • Rest for 5 minutes before serving.
