Ingredients

700 g flank steak or sirloin steak

2 cups long-grain rice

4 cups water or low-sodium broth

Instructions

In a bowl, mix lime juice, olive oil, garlic, cumin, paprika, salt, pepper, chili powder, and cilantro. Add steak and marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Cook rice with water or broth, olive oil, and salt. Fluff and stir in lime juice and cilantro.

Grill or pan-cook steak over medium-high heat for 4 to 5 minutes per side. Rest and slice thinly.
