Ingredients

4 cups (120 g) chopped romaine lettuce

1 cup (150 g) cherry tomatoes, halved

1 cup (120 g) diced cucumber

½ cup (75 g) sliced red onion

1 cup (110 g) shredded cheddar cheese

½ cup (120 g) mayonnaise

2 tbsp ketchup
-
1 tbsp yellow mustard

1 tbsp pickle relish

½ tsp garlic powder

¼ tsp black pepper
Instructions

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

Add ground beef and cook, breaking it apart.

Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika.

Cook until browned and fully cooked, about 8 minutes.

Arrange lettuce in bowls and top with tomatoes, cucumber, onion, and cheese.

Mix mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, relish, garlic powder, and black pepper.

Spoon beef over the bowls and drizzle with sauce.
