Ingredients

  • 1 tsp salt

  • ½ tsp black pepper

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • 1 tsp smoked paprika

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 4 cups (120 g) chopped romaine lettuce

  • 1 cup (150 g) cherry tomatoes, halved

  • 1 cup (120 g) diced cucumber

  • ½ cup (75 g) sliced red onion

  • 1 cup (110 g) shredded cheddar cheese

  • ½ cup (120 g) mayonnaise

  • 2 tbsp ketchup

  • 1 tbsp yellow mustard

  • 1 tbsp pickle relish

  • ½ tsp garlic powder

  • ¼ tsp black pepper


Instructions

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

  • Add ground beef and cook, breaking it apart.

  • Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika.

  • Cook until browned and fully cooked, about 8 minutes.

  • Arrange lettuce in bowls and top with tomatoes, cucumber, onion, and cheese.

  • Mix mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, relish, garlic powder, and black pepper.

  • Spoon beef over the bowls and drizzle with sauce.
