4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 cup crumbled feta cheese

1–2 teaspoons hot sauce or crushed chili flakes

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

2 cloves garlic, finely minced

2 tablespoons Greek yogurt or cream cheese (optional)

Fresh parsley or dill, chopped, for garnish

Instructions

Pat chicken breasts dry and rub with olive oil. Season evenly with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, oregano, salt, and black pepper.

In a medium bowl, combine feta, honey, hot sauce or chili flakes, lemon juice, olive oil, and minced garlic. Add Greek yogurt or cream cheese if desired. Stir until smooth.

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken for 6–7 minutes per side, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Remove chicken and let rest 3–5 minutes.

Spoon the hot honey feta sauce over the cooked chicken. Garnish with fresh parsley or dill and serve with lemon wedges and preferred sides.
