Crispy Chicken

Caesar Salad

Romaine lettuce – 300 g (10 oz)

Parmesan cheese – 60 g (1/2 cup)

Croutons – 60 g (1 cup)
Caesar Dressing

Mayonnaise – 180 ml (3/4 cup)

Lemon juice – 2 tbsp

Dijon mustard – 1 tsp

Garlic – 2 cloves

Worcestershire sauce – 1 tsp

Parmesan cheese – 40 g (1/3 cup)

Salt – 1/2 tsp

Black pepper – 1/4 tsp
Fries

Russet potatoes – 900 g (2 lb)

Olive oil – 2 tbsp

Salt – 1 tsp

Instructions

Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F) and bake fries tossed with olive oil and seasoning for 35 to 40 minutes.

Warm honey with chili flakes over low heat, then stir in vinegar and set aside.

Bread chicken using flour mixture, egg wash, and panko.

Fry chicken at 175°C (350°F) until golden and cooked through.

Drizzle hot honey over warm chicken.

Whisk all Caesar dressing ingredients until smooth.

Toss lettuce with dressing, add croutons and Parmesan.
