Description
A fun, handheld twist on the classic cheeseburger, wrapped in soft dough and finished with buttery garlic and Parmesan.
Ingredients

Ground beef – 1 pound

Salt – 1 teaspoon

Black pepper – ½ teaspoon

Garlic powder – 1 teaspoon

Onion powder – 1 teaspoon

Refrigerated biscuit dough – 2 cans (16 ounces each)

Cheddar cheese – 6 ounces, cut into cubes

Unsalted butter – 4 tablespoons, melted

Fresh garlic – 3 cloves, minced

Grated Parmesan cheese – ½ cup

Dried parsley – 1 teaspoon
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

Flatten each biscuit into a 4-inch circle.

Place about 1½ tablespoons of beef and one cube of cheese in the center of each circle.

Bring the dough edges up and seal tightly, forming a ball.

Place seam-side down on the baking sheet and bake for 12–15 minutes, until golden brown.

Mix melted butter and minced garlic. Brush over warm bombs and sprinkle with Parmesan and parsley.

Do not overfill the dough to prevent leaks.

Best served warm, fresh from the oven.
