Description

A fun, handheld twist on the classic cheeseburger, wrapped in soft dough and finished with buttery garlic and Parmesan.

Ingredients

  • Ground beef – 1 pound

  • Salt – 1 teaspoon

  • Black pepper – ½ teaspoon

  • Garlic powder – 1 teaspoon

  • Onion powder – 1 teaspoon

  • Refrigerated biscuit dough – 2 cans (16 ounces each)

  • Cheddar cheese – 6 ounces, cut into cubes

  • Unsalted butter – 4 tablespoons, melted

  • Fresh garlic – 3 cloves, minced

  • Grated Parmesan cheese – ½ cup

  • Dried parsley – 1 teaspoon

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  • Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

  • Flatten each biscuit into a 4-inch circle.

  • Place about 1½ tablespoons of beef and one cube of cheese in the center of each circle.

  • Bring the dough edges up and seal tightly, forming a ball.

  • Place seam-side down on the baking sheet and bake for 12–15 minutes, until golden brown.

  • Mix melted butter and minced garlic. Brush over warm bombs and sprinkle with Parmesan and parsley.

Notes

  • Do not overfill the dough to prevent leaks.

  • Best served warm, fresh from the oven.

  • Can be assembled ahead and baked just before serving.
