A comforting pasta dish featuring tender garlic butter chicken bites tossed in a rich, creamy sauce.
Ingredients

500 g chicken breast, bite-sized pieces

1 teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon garlic powder

2 tablespoons olive oil

3 tablespoons unsalted butter

6 cloves garlic, minced (divided)

300 g pasta
-
1½ cups (360 ml) cooking cream

½ cup (50 g) grated parmesan-style cheese
-
½ teaspoon dried Italian seasoning

¼ cup (60 ml) reserved pasta water

Fresh parsley, optional
Instructions

Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Reserve pasta water and drain.

Season chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.

Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook chicken until golden and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.

In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.

Add cream, cheese, seasoning, salt, and pepper. Simmer gently.

Return chicken and pasta to the skillet. Toss with reserved pasta water until creamy.

Garnish and serve hot.
