Ingredients

  • Ground beef – 900 g (2 lb)

  • Cream cheese – 170 g (6 oz), softened

  • Shredded cheddar cheese – 120 g (1 cup)

  • Ranch seasoning mix – 2 tablespoons

  • Garlic powder – 1 teaspoon

  • Onion powder – 1 teaspoon

  • Black pepper – ½ teaspoon

  • Salt – ½ teaspoon

  • Burger buns – 6

  • Butter – 2 tablespoons


Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine ground beef, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt. Mix gently.

  • Divide the mixture into 6 equal portions and shape into patties.

  • Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook patties for 4–5 minutes per side until cooked through.
