Ingredients

  • pounds boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into 1-inch cubes

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

  • ½ teaspoon onion powder

  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • ½ cup unsalted butter

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

  • 1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped

  • 1 teaspoon Dijon-style mustard

  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes

  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)


Instructions

  • Season chicken with salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, onion powder, and garlic powder.

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear chicken until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.

  • Lower heat to medium, melt butter in the same skillet, and add garlic. Cook until fragrant.

  • Stir in parsley, chives, mustard, red pepper flakes, lemon juice, and cayenne pepper.

  • Return chicken to the skillet and toss until fully coated. Serve hot.

Notes
