Ingredients

2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced

½ teaspoon paprika

½ cup ranch dressing

2 tablespoons sour cream

1 teaspoon dried parsley

4 large flour tortillas

2 cups shredded cheese

1 tablespoon butter
Instructions

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add chicken, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Cook for 3–4 minutes until warmed through.

In a bowl, mix ranch dressing, sour cream, and dried parsley until smooth.

Spread ranch mixture on one half of each tortilla. Add chicken and sprinkle with cheese. Fold tortillas in half.

Heat a skillet with butter over medium heat. Cook quesadillas for 2–3 minutes per side until golden and cheese is melted.
