A rich yet approachable pasta dish that combines tender lobster, silky butter sauce, and perfectly cooked noodles for an elegant meal at home.
Ingredients

Lobster meat – 12 oz (340 g), cooked and chopped

Pasta – 12 oz (340 g) linguine or spaghetti

Unsalted butter – 6 tablespoons (85 g)

Olive oil – 1 tablespoon

Garlic – 4 cloves, minced

Heavy cream – 1 cup (240 ml)

Grated Parmesan cheese – ½ cup (50 g)

Fresh parsley – ¼ cup (15 g), chopped

Lemon zest – from 1 lemon

Lemon juice – 2 tablespoons (30 ml)

Salt – 1 teaspoon

Black pepper – ½ teaspoon
Instructions

Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Reserve 1 cup (240 ml) pasta water and drain.

In a skillet, heat olive oil and 2 tablespoons butter over medium heat. Add garlic and cook briefly.

Pour in cream, season with salt and pepper, and simmer for 3–4 minutes.

Add lobster and remaining butter, cooking gently until warmed.

Toss in pasta, adding pasta water as needed.

Stir in Parmesan, lemon zest, lemon juice, and parsley. Serve immediately.
Notes
For best results, use freshly cooked lobster and serve immediately. Adjust lemon and seasoning to taste for a brighter or richer finish.
