Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 680 g)
2 tablespoons olive oil (30 ml)
1 teaspoon paprika (5 g)
1 teaspoon garlic powder (5 g)
1 teaspoon onion powder (5 g)
½ teaspoon salt (3 g)
½ teaspoon black pepper (2 g)
⅓ cup honey (80 ml)
1–2 teaspoons chili flakes (5–10 g)
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar (15 ml)
150 g feta cheese, crumbled
1 tablespoon fresh herbs (optional)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
Season chicken with spices and olive oil.
Sear chicken in a hot skillet for 3–4 minutes per side.
Warm honey, chili flakes, and vinegar in a saucepan.
Drizzle half the sauce over chicken and add feta.
Bake for 15–20 minutes until fully cooked.
Drizzle remaining sauce and garnish before serving.
