Ingredients
For the Biscuits

2 cups (250 g) all-purpose flour

1 tablespoon baking powder

1 teaspoon sugar

¾ teaspoon salt

6 tablespoons (85 g) cold unsalted butter

¾ cup (180 ml) cold milk
For the Chicken

2 chicken breasts, cut into pieces

1 cup (240 ml) buttermilk

1 teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon paprika
-
½ teaspoon garlic powder
For the Coating

1 cup (125 g) all-purpose flour
-
½ cup (60 g) cornstarch

1 teaspoon paprika
-
½ teaspoon onion powder
-
½ teaspoon salt
-
½ teaspoon black pepper
For the Hot Honey

½ cup (170 g) honey
-
1–2 teaspoons chili flakes

1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

1 tablespoon butter
Instructions

Prepare and bake the biscuits at 425°F (220°C) for 12–15 minutes.

Marinate the chicken in seasoned buttermilk for at least 30 minutes.

Coat the chicken in the flour and cornstarch mixture.

Fry the chicken in oil at 350°F (175°C) until golden and cooked through.

Warm honey with chili flakes, vinegar, and butter to make hot honey.

Assemble biscuits with chicken and drizzle with hot honey.
Notes
Adjust the heat level by changing the amount of chili flakes. Serve biscuits warm for the best experience.
