Description

A crispy, cheesy flatbread topped with tender chicken and fresh Caesar salad flavors. This quick and satisfying dish is perfect for lunch, dinner, or sharing with friends and family.

Ingredients

Scale

2 large flatbreads (10 inches / 25 cm)
2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded (300 g)
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (100 g)
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese (50 g)
1 tablespoon olive oil (15 ml)
½ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon black pepper

For the Caesar topping:

2 cups chopped romaine lettuce (120 g)
¼ cup Caesar dressing (60 ml)
1 teaspoon lemon juice (5 ml)
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese (15 g)
¼ teaspoon black pepper

Optional toppings:

1 tablespoon chopped parsley
¼ cup cherry tomatoes, sliced (40 g)
extra grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Place flatbreads on the baking sheet and brush lightly with olive oil.

Sprinkle garlic powder and black pepper evenly across the flatbread.

Spread shredded chicken evenly on top of each flatbread.

Add mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese over the chicken.

Bake for 10–12 minutes until the cheese melts and the edges turn golden.

In a bowl, mix romaine lettuce, Caesar dressing, lemon juice, Parmesan cheese, and black pepper.

Remove flatbread from the oven and allow it to cool for 2 minutes.

Top with the Caesar salad mixture and optional toppings.

Slice into pieces and serve immediately.

Notes

Use rotisserie chicken for a faster preparation.
For extra crispiness, pre-bake the flatbread for 3 minutes before adding toppings.
Add the Caesar salad topping just before serving to keep the lettuce fresh and crunchy.
