Tomato sauce – 1 can (15 oz / 425 g)

Black beans, drained and rinsed – 1 can (15 oz / 425 g)

Kidney beans, drained and rinsed – 1 can (15 oz / 425 g)

Corn kernels – 1 cup (150 g)

Beef broth – 4 cups (960 ml)

Chili powder – 2 tablespoons

Ground cumin – 2 teaspoons

Paprika – 1 teaspoon

Dried oregano – 1 teaspoon

Salt – 1 teaspoon (or to taste)

Instructions

Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.

Add onion and bell pepper; cook until softened.

Stir in garlic and cook briefly until fragrant.

Add ground beef and cook until browned.

Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, beans, corn, and broth.
