  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil or olive oil

  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped (about 150 g)

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika

  • ¼ teaspoon dried thyme

  • Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  • Slice the chilled corned beef into even pieces.

  • Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

  • Add onion and cook for 3–4 minutes until soft.

  • Stir in garlic and cook for 30 seconds.

  • Add corned beef slices in a single layer.

  • Sprinkle with black pepper, smoked paprika, and thyme.

  • Cook for 3–4 minutes per side until crispy and golden.

  • Remove from heat, garnish if desired, and serve hot.
