Ingredients

2 pounds (900 g) cooked corned beef brisket, chilled and sliced into ½-inch (1.25 cm) pieces

2 tablespoons vegetable oil or olive oil

1 medium onion, finely chopped (about 150 g)

3 cloves garlic, minced

½ teaspoon black pepper

½ teaspoon smoked paprika

¼ teaspoon dried thyme

Instructions

Slice the chilled corned beef into even pieces.

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add onion and cook for 3–4 minutes until soft.
